What we collect
This site collects personal information only through the contact form: your name, your email, your organization's name if you provide it, the subject and your message.
What we do not collect
No audience analytics, no advertising pixel, no third-party tracker. The only cookie set remembers the language you chose.
Why
To answer your request. We do not use this information for any other purpose and we neither sell nor transfer it to anyone.
Where your information goes
Your message is sent by email to the Wavertex mailbox, through our email provider. It is not kept on the site's server, and the server's technical logs do not contain its content. To limit abuse, your IP address is held in memory for at most one hour to cap the number of submissions; it is never stored with your message.
Retention
We keep your message as long as needed to handle your request and follow up on our exchange, then we delete it.
Your rights
You can request access to your information, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent, under Law 25, the GDPR and PIPEDA.
